Shipping policy

Paid orders are shipped by the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. This is the dispatch time, not the delivery time.

We ship to Canada and the United States. Available shipping options and charges appear at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Shipping charges include packaging and handling.

Canadian orders ship by Canada Post Registered Mail where eligible. U.S. orders ship by Canada Post Tracked Packet USA where eligible. If no shipping option appears, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or customs processing. If your shipment is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can help.

For U.S. orders, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs processing charges are separate from shipping unless expressly included at checkout.
