Returns and refunds

All sales are final for change of mind. Please review the product description and photographs carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or does not match its description, email matthewb@thecanadiancoinbroker.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging are helpful. Please retain the packaging and contact us before returning anything.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where applicable. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including legal warranties and statutory cancellation rights.
